Every time you dip your finger into a jar or swipe a stick across your lips, you're introducing bacteria back into the product — and building it up with every use. As an RN, I built Lip Caviar specifically to solve that. Each pod is sealed in the jar, untouched until you use it. You get one, you use it, it's gone. Nothing goes back in. That's not a feature — it's the whole point.
With 200+ pods and typical use of 8–10 applications a day, one jar lasts most people 4-6 weeks. Many customers keep a second jar for their bag or desk so they're never without one.
Like any lip balm, Lip Caviar pods are formulated for normal room temperature use. Keep them out of direct heat like a car dashboard or windowsill and they're perfectly stable. We ship Monday–Thursday with thermal protection so your order arrives in perfect condition.
We package each order in thermal uv protection jars. We ship with thermal cooling packs. But in the event the jar of pods are left in the heat for an extended period of time, they will potentially melt.
We only ship orders Monday-Thursday to prevent orders from sitting in hot postal warehouses over the weekend.
Once your order is delivered, We recommend you bring inside where its cool to room temperature.
